My lawyer told me when he first took on my settlement issues “it appears she wants everything and you out on the street”! That was made crystal clear to me in the very beginning and has not changed. Narcissists seem to be incapable of engaging in any kind of transaction, emotionally or materially in a moral way. it’s always a game for them. 🥳

“it appears she wants everything and you out on the street” Only, he wanted and got everything. My lawyer royally screwed me (and mine) -you would not believe the dozens of things that were not accounted for. There was not a remotely legitimate settlement. I walked with next to nothing, and then they came for me because they screwed me. Damage control, cover-up, piling sin upon sin to do away with mounds of evidence and crime.

@@KP-tn9cq that’s a tough question to answer. i’m disappointed that things have ended up this way. I don’t know how you can just stop loving a person that you loved dearly no matter what this person may have done so, I guess I would have to say I still care about her but I can’t live with her or have anything to do with her anymore in this lifetime, it’s too toxic now.

@@anneyoung2310 oh my, your commentary sounds oh, so familiar! At this point, her insatiable demands and desires, don’t seem to be waning at all, and sometimes they’re even worse so I suspect that so much will just remain the way it is until it’s over. It’s a drag!

I wasn’t willing to accept it any more so I walked away. It was the only way in order to ultimately save me. The power and control was always in my hands but I temporarily gave away that power and control to the narcissist. Now I have it back from going and staying no contact.

When you stand up for yourself to disagree on a single matter, they will turn into an angry, scary brat child that throws a fit, then eventually disposes you. Not a real relationship. Not worth the emotional drain. Flush and do your best to move on.

I have been left with so much self doubt that it's causing me to lose my sanity. I have gone down the rabbit hole trying to understand every little thing that was said to me. I took the blame for the failure of the relationship even told my parents that it was my fault. But, then there are a few instances where she doesn't come across as a narcissist. Where she had prepared a questionnaire of 25 questions asking what if these things happen what should we do? And she wanted to know my answers. When I told her my answers she got mad because she said aren't you interested in knowing what I feel? or where she told me that I have a victim mentality(First one to tell me) and expected me to understand how she felt after telling me that rather than me going silent to process this information. Which I ofcourse accepted. She never was interested in my past or the kind of films I made or the poems I wrote before meeting her for someone who claimed to like poetry and expected me to know that she liked poetry as her friend is a poet. There's a big dark cloud of confusion over my head and I don't know how to move on from these feelings. Cuz, she clearly told me it's easier for me to let go and I deserve better. Meanwhile, I feel I have wasted a year of my life thinking she was the one

Don’t beat yourself up! Some Narcissistic people hide themselves well and we don’t always see the signs. She may have traits but not NPD. Still doesn’t matter as the behaviour is and outcome is the same: Destruction . Process the grief and also the person you thought she was. In time you will heal and find a healthy normal person . Who can give and receive love ❤

And “old soul“ is generally thought to be a person who has gone through multiple incarnations on this earth, and has a higher developed soul…that process, in itself, requires time, thereby if that is the case, the person would be an “old soul”rather than a newly developing soul.

I had several lucid dreams after I met my first narcissist girlfriend. I died in these dreams. In one dream I died three times while saving a little girl. Note, i always had the important info. But with this narcissist problem I didn't understand what I was seeing. Or my problems that led me to be open to the shared fantasies. I've had times when I was extremely phychic. But didn't understand why I developed that kind of adaptation.

My advice to you is to be very careful. I left my first narcissist female and even left the state and my frienfs. I left everything that I couldn't get in a backpack .But I still had issues. I just wound up in a series of other relationships with other narcissists. It's weird that I thought I'd never replace that first beautiful girl. I managed to find several more. Each one worse thsn the last.
