@@terryrobertson8382 only the Daytona in season 1 and 2 was was fake. It was a corvette. The testarossa in season 3 forward was a real Ferrari.

My goodness- Charles' personal car is quite something- a thing of beauty and totally unique- just fabulous! Carlos has ordered his own Ferrari - takes about a year from when its ordered. Can't wait to see what his car will be like.

@@MossProGamer98 I think I like the 812 comp just a tad more than the 488 Pista. Both are amazing looking cars.

The silver NSX is Yuki’s personal car.. he took it with him when he made the move to Italy.

Yuki's first day's car is probably a personal car, he appears with a similar model on Drive to Survive back when he was living in London.

if the one in the photo with the German plate is the one he arrived with and not one that Kym find on the internet, I don't think it's his but a loan from Honda, because if I'm not mistaken Yuki lives in Italy (in Ravenna in theory). Here in Italy, if you are resident, you cannot drive your own cars that have non-Italian number plates. It is a new rule that they have put in place for a couple of years because many foreigners had foreign insurance. So either it is a loan from the company or it has just been bought abroad (in Germany) and has yet to register it in Italy (it has time for a few months to register it). But I think it is still owned by the company because this is the only way you can avoid registration. I know that Yuki was recently filmed here in Milan driving a big car (maybe a large hammer)

“Allora” is just something we usually use to start a new period or to link two consequential sentences. In english I think it will be something like “Well, …” in the first case or like “…, so …” in the second one.

This is the one I have been waiting for! Thanks Kym, this sort of thing really is fun.

"Electric cars don't need a radiator." They actually do have radiators to cool the batteries and electric motors. They just aren't as large and don't need as much airflow as an ICE car. You'll actually be surprised to know that a lot of electric cars have a grille of sorts lower to the ground that has flaps controlled by servos to open and close it. Most of them also have a heat pump to serve as climate control, and those have 2 "radiators". Except instead of water flowing through them it is refrigerant.

hey kym love these vids keep up the gret work just a heads up incase someone gets snarky at you lol the electric cars do have a raditr for the battery coolant but its mounted bottom of the bumper so the grill isnt needed but still has vents lower down and some use that to pass air onto the battery too to help cool it

I doubt. The distance from Thurgovia to Imola is quite long, especially for a mere weekend trip. Drivers generally use hire cars for events. Furthermore, I understand he generally prefers other more environmentally-friendly travel ways such as train wherever possible.

Correction. His older 488 Pista (non-spider) was Red with black stripes. But I guess those stripes still shows that he likes the color black 😅.

“V8 bitutbo Amg” the V 8 stands for the Arrangement and their number 8 stands for the number of cylinders. So a V8 car cannot have a 6 cylinder engine. The Mercedes George Russel drove has a 4.0L 8 cylinder engine

«Honda Type-R» is a pretty broad term actually. Those are FK Civic Type-R’s, as the Type-R badge can be seen on everything from the Civic to the NSX.

I know this happens all the time when companies bring their cars to races to present but I hope that the McLaren drivers drive a nice McLaren (preferably a 720s or 765lt) because McLaren is bringing a few special mso 720s’s to show at the Miami Grand Prix.

The gle 63s you mentioned it was a v8 yet you also mentioned it had 6 cylinders instead of 8 cylinders

small pedantic thing, electric cars do need a radiator at least if done with battery cooling which they should be but they don't need to be as big as a ICE rad

If that's not the best promotion for the Ferrari 488 Pista, I don't know what is... I say give him the opportunity to style one of every new Ferrari models and sell them in auction for charity

Correct.

"Allora" is Italian for "so". It's a word you'd use when you need to take a second to think about something, or maybe you're looking into something, or you are explaining a concept to someone. Maybe your hotel receptionist said "allora" when you arrived and told him about your reservation! Anyway, have a nice break in Italy, I'm sure you are enjoying it Also, I was in Imola last sunday but I didn't manage to see you! Hopefully I'll be able to attend a race again soon

That 488 PS use to be a classic red car. Ferrari customized to Charles’s liking last year around Monaco GP. I think the customization made it prettier. It is quite unique.

Just an FYI....EV cars do need radiators. There is an extensive amount a coolant needed to cool the batteries. They just use different means to cool the batteries vs an ice car that generally uses a vertical mounted radiator at the front of the vehicle.
