Posh has been very very slow. Only 4 sales in January compared to 34 on Ebay. 1 Mercari, which I don't even look at anymore. Mercari has been a bust for me.

I’ve been making consistent sales this month, about 2-3 a day across all platforms, which Im happy about as I see this is a bad month for everyone and I have a relatively small closet. Something I would advise is keeping your drafts filled so you can work on them where ever, and then future listing a week out in case you don’t have time or something comes up. I schedule 5 a day.

SO psyched to see your increase in subscribers since I last checked in!!! You look amazing as always & seem to be doing fabulous! I've been completely consumed with caregiving for my awesome yet very challenging healthwise elderly parents. Today is my 2nd day off in 8 months as we were to have a crazy 1 ft of snow that turned into less than an inch, lol. So I'm happily stuck at my condo (I dropped my car off at my folks' garage to not have to clear snow off at my no-garage condo lol) and SO ready to do some massive organizing & cleaning while my Mom has 24-hour caregiving today & my Dad is being helped with his health issues at a local hospital (his favorite doctor is working so I feel calm & reassured). I knew I wanted something motivating & happy on YT to get my work done ASAP so of COURSE I headed over to binge-listen to all of the videos of yours I'd been absent for the last handful of months. I have been doing a total organizing & clearout mental plan for months & today it's taking its physical form!!!!

Another great video Lindsay! I enjoy following your journey! I actually love selling swimwear but it definitely has to be a brand I think that people are familiar with in terms of their sizing and/or a piece that is super desirable in terms of brand/color/style that buyers are willing to take a chance on like a blogger/influencer favorite or a brand that is constantly sold out- like SKIMS . I sourced some swimsuits that have sold for $100+. One pieces and bikini sets do the best imo. I did buy a swimwear box from Boutique by the Box but the pieces I received did not perform well. I am still sitting on some pieces and the ones that did sell, the profit was very small.

Ahhh, that totally makes sense! I appreciate the insight about swimwear because I feel like I don't have very much experience with it and I just think I need to do more research about which brands perform well! Any tips on when boutique by the box (or fox) lists new stuff? I'm learning so much from your channel :-) thank you! Just wondering if these are websites I need to check every day or if they send updates as soon as they post new inventory or what's the best strategy for snagging stuff right away?

Yay! I’m so glad my channel has been helpful to you! Thank you for taking the time to watch! Boutique by the Box always has a revolving door of inventory and does limited drops. Fox also does restocks! The best way to know when they have new inventory is by signing up for their email list! You’ll get a notification right away or for boutique by the box.. they are super active on Instagram and will post new boxes there too! I hope this helps 💕

I still have some of my swim suits left from my box I got last year, and I just sold 3 of them. People are starting to buy swim again. I think part of it is though, not going to lie, I got really lucky with my box and what was in it. I had really trendy and bigger brand name pieces, I was shocked and ecstatic when I opened it. I do have to say though, my Aqua pieces just don't move (I'm not the biggest fan of this brand either lol). I feel like they were a loss. I'm more than confident you could still sell swim, it's just is it worth the wait for the brand or style. You've really taught me to realize that, and is it worth my time. ☺You go girl!

I’m just starting my reselling business with thrifted finds! :) I do have a few questions! what do you do with the inventory that does not sell? Redonate it? How is that tracked in inventory? Do you just remove it from inventory if it doesn’t sell?

Welcome to the reselling world Brittany!! All great questions! If inventory doesnt sell for me typically I will relist it using Vendoo (so it becomes a brand new item) and if that doesnt work I will take it to Buffalo Exchange to see if they will take it for cash, or last resort sending it to Thredup! If it doesnt sell at all I would consider that a loss on my tracked inventory sheet. Hopefully this provides you with some insight! Ohhh good question! Vendoo is great for all resellers especially if you are looking to sell on multiple sites (poshmark, eBay, Mercari, droop, etc) Personally I have the importing and relist & delist feature as my add ons! If I had to pick one essential one it would be the relist & delist feature! It is seriously the best! ✨

Ive purchased from bazaar. I have sold hundreds of halara pieces and I feel like I got some fake ones from this website.
