I don't recall registering a Nacis code when filling out my articles of organization but I did tell dun & Bradstreet I want the 8792... Is that legit

Should you form 2 LLC's if your true business is one of the "High Risk" categorized business'? should you form one that is not considered "high Risk" that would end up funding the true "High Risk" Business? How does it work to protect the name of your true "High risk" business or establish a brand within your true industry outside of getting funding from lenders? Thanks again for the informative value!

that's why I ask will it be a problem if you change it. I know on D&B you can change it but will it cause a red flag
I set my Llc up a few months ago through legal zoom is there a way I can change my NAICS code & if the word homes is in the business name is that high risk?
Illinois does not use NAICS codes but they use sic, do banks use sic codes instead for Illinois?

those names still suggest high risk so i wouldn't use any of those

so i just started biz and my codes are 7389 but i did not choose that, it was automatically populated, is it high risk i cant find this info anyway
my llc name is service ocp llc , and the purpose of it is car rental and acommodation, i heard that industry is high risk ,, do you recomend do an amendment to change the purpose of the business for a lower rick industry such as management consulting? or do credit unions, banks etc just look at your business name , not its purpose thank you in advanvce

yes changing the industry NSAIC Code would make your business more fundable

I named one of my businesses “_____ realty services” , of course I completely forgot about the red flag list! Would I still be able to build business credit with it? Meaning lines of credit, not just store credit cards! Thanks in advance.
