MLI Senior Fellow and Director of the Transatlantic program, Balkan Devlen, was invited to testify before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development.
Balkan testified: "Canada needs to pivot its approach to global engagement. While there is pride in our traditional image of being a cooperative country, the reality is that trying to be everywhere often means being nowhere."
