COURSE TRANSCRIPT
Before we move on to the specific treatments and procedures, let’s have a quick look at a first aider’s essential tool - the first aid kit.
Different industries, different jobs and different hazards can all lead to different injuries and it’s these injuries that guide the selection of items in your first aid kit. This is why there is no mandatory list of items that a first aid kit should contain. However, the following would be considered a good general selection of items for a low-hazard workplace:
* 20 individually wrapped sterile plasters in assorted sizes appropriate to the type of work, including hypoallergenic plasters if necessary.
* Two sterile eye pads
* Two individually wrapped triangular bandages, preferably sterile
* Two individually wrapped roller bandages, preferably sterile
* Two large sterile individually wrapped unmedicated wound dressings
* Six medium-sized sterile individually wrapped unmedicated wound dressings
* Six safety pins, and
* At least 3 pairs of disposable gloves
First aid kits should NOT contain any tablets or medicines.
Use-by dates should be regularly checked and any items which have reached their expiry dates must be carefully and safely disposed of.
And, don’t forget to replace any items you use or throw away.

I have to admit that literally looked just like the content of the first aid kit at my place of work. I have watched quite a few first aid kit videos lately most of them were quite comprehensive but the most common thing they had in common was that they all had some form of medication such as pain killer and anti inflationary and so on
IT has helped me a lot thank you for doing this thank you very much
nice job
Tip for expiery: Always check every 6 months, or if you have alot, every 3 months.

@@October-TE They just don't make First Aid Kits nowadays -- not even maybe.
When I see cute little bandages in a First Aid Kit, I think, "UTTERLY WORTHLESS!!!" -- as should we all.
