Great stuff. I don't agree the stragegy should be delegated though (if they are working on the same product), I've seen that if you do that the consistency in the product might get lost. Next question of course is what makes a good strategy..

Thank you for your feedback Martijn. I agree that the head of product should help with strategy alignment and harmonisation. I discuss this in the context of product portfolio management in the video. But if it's a big, aggregate product that consists of sub-products similar to the Netflix and Disney+ apps, then this may be required on a product level too as you rightly point out.
