my photos are still really dark when using the flashlight, what can i do?

Can I just put the slash on my LUMIX G9 and start shouting? Must I set the shutter speed and aperture on the camera first?

what if im using a zoom lense do i need to always change the zoom in flash also?

Just set the zoom to AU the flash will zoom in or out as needed.

Hi my zoom is not working,I press it it does not even flash and allow me to control the numbers

When I turn it on the test flash button doesn’t light up. I’m going crazy I can’t figure it out!!

The battery doesn't display %. It displays grids 2 grids fully charged, 1 grid partially charged, empty battery low charge , blinking battery depleted. PG 6 of the units manual.

Set your flash to AU which means auto if you want the flash to zoom
