Supporting Israel & supporting the acts of Israel do have a difference. There're plenty of reasons to support Israel because it's the only secular democratic country within middle East with women's rights and probably the only Asian country which ranks fifth in terms of LGBT rights. So even the liberals can never support Palestine in terms of constitutional laws which says of theocracy. But the acts of Israel can't be justified in any way. If the government of a democratic country needs to respond the attack of an undemocratic extremist group Hamas in the same way by targeting civilians, then what's the difference. Difference is that Israel do have abundant resource to continue the war while Hamas has limited but both intend to target civilians. World expected a lot More maturity from Israel. Cutting away food water electricity to civillians is really not a way to counter terror. Mossad ranks as the world's strongest intelligence and if they really wiped out each and every nazi escaped from Germany & shot the man behind Iran's nuclear program, then how common the intelligence don't kill only the militants. What's the need to target civilians or hamas has given them the justification to carry out their interest there
