Hi Prasad, the only problem I see with CDSL is the promoter holdings which is just 15% and since u said CDSL doesn’t reveal much data due to confidentiality purpose, just wondering if both correlates.

I'm confused... If the physical shares were circulating before 1996 why they are floating still after these many years? Can't a person/company dematerialise all their shares at once? Why there is concept of per year basis charge?
