I update you on my Q20, discuss parts to stockpile, and why some people may have had their planetary gears destroyed.
I removed the link to the planetary gears because a commenter reported his planetary gears were diagonal. I need to look into this further.

seems like its a pretty legit bike to have and store extra parts on because you'll never know when you need them. thanks for doing the research and testing for us
Also when I bought those planetary gears off amazon they did not work with my bike, the teeth on my bikes gears were diagonal and the amazon gears are straight. I contacted the company on Amazon and they sent me a whole new motor

Sadly, no. The only option is to look at replacing them with air forks, but they are hit and miss as well. Some work well, others... it's still cheap Chinese stuff.

They are terrible for anything other than a warranty return which triggers them to talk to you. Ride safe.
