Thanks for the show! Top pop $$$ doesn‘t make sense on Modern, post 1960 coins!

I wouldn’t consign a dog tag for them to auction off. I sent in some very nice coins ranging from sp69 to a pf69 nickel. The proof nickel should have brought in a the very least $2000. How do you know that it should have brought that much, you may ask? Because I did some due diligence and found a pf68 nickel sold for north of $1200 and there was no, and I mean no, record of the nickel in that grade. At any rate I got a check from them for about $1200 for the 6 coins that I sent in. I mean hell that should have been the amount for 2-3 of the coins, not for the whole lot. I still have sour grapes in my mouth and I swear that anyone who even puts out a kind word for this organization will hear even more.

All you had to do was send that check back to them. Once you sign that check, and a bank transferres the funds, the contract has been accepted by YOU, and u have zero recourse. Checks are written with this understood consensus between the parties that the cashing of the check is acceptance of that contract. Just send back the check next time, demand your coins be returned and if they refuse, SUE THEM. This how it works, your individual experience doesn't reflect the ethics of a company necessarily. Being controlled by your emotions rather than reason leads to perpetual ignorance. Peace 🙏🕉️

What does it cost to have a coin registered as a flawless coin? I've got a bunch of 2022 and 2023 flawless penny coins. Along with 2022 dimes that are also flawless. I would like to have them. Graded and registered as a regester coin

I have captions on, i paused, i rewatched the 1996 section over and over again and I still don't see what the claim to fame on the 96 penny is; yes beautiful, almost uncirculated and very 'red" but is there something I'm missing? Well, even if a 1962d MS 67 dropped down to $1,000 to $1,500, that's still pretty good.

Couldn't care less about "perfect" coins. I don't have any nor do I want to collect them. Give me info on errors. Thank you

He does... Thanks what the PCMR is for. Those come out twice weekly BTW. But some of us DO care about registry sets and registry quality coins. Hence the need/views for the MMR.

Its not a big crowd looking at these. Mostly the pros and a few folks who had them handed down to them. Most folks are roll hunting so these wont be found by them most likely.

I'm with you. Give me a mint mistake coin any day. I on the other hand have plenty of perfect registry coins. That. I haven't sent in to be registered. Because I can't afford to have them graded

So i can spot a few little bumps on this coin. The 1999 Lincoln penny. So i guess those knicks don't effect the grading scale?

Plating blisters are inherent to the copper coated zinc planchets and are not typically held against the coin in the same way a hit/contact mark would be. They can affect the eye appeal portion of the grade though.

I believe that. I have an absolutely lovely flawless 1955 dubbled strike penny. But it's got in my own opinion. A beautiful rainbow tenting. On both sides. I would love to have you see it. But Im not sure. That i would care to sell it
