So Bill, would you say now, in order to "bullet proof" a 6.0, you need to include a change to "correct length" push rods as well as a camshaft/lifter inspection/replacement?

Each time I see Bill’s selling videos I go to Kelly blue book to see what the value is for my 2016 F-250 SD. I paid 52k in 2016 private party to dealer ranges from 39k to 49k for dealer prices. I am glad I don’t have the international engine types.

How did you get a single cab short bed f350 dually?

With the flat deck it looks like a short bed but I’m pretty sure it’s still a long box frame. The only way it can be a regular cab true short bed is if somebody cut and shortened the frame.

Got a Question to ask. my 03 f250 6.0l 300,000 miles. ECT 188-192 after warmed up steady. EOT when driving slowy goes up to 227. I drove 20mi one way for work. So 230 it is the highest I have seem, not sure if for a longer run. But when I make a stop or just let the truck idle at parking lot, with in 5-10 min that EOT will drop to 210. Is it the sign of my oil cooler clogged or normal? Thank you.

I have a 2009 6.4 diesel with 122k miles on it. I purchased it for a city auction. Looks like its in good shape, sounds nice but the turbo is rusted on the outside and when I put my foot in it it has no boost. Im told it may be the VGT or the turbo. Can you give me your opinion or some advice? Please!! Some guy told me to change the fuel filter, thats the problem... I dont want to start guessing and spending money. Thanks

Thought you guys said you couldn’t pull the rear adapter on the rear of the crankshaft.. I see you removed it on this engine because you can’t pull a camshaft without removing the crankshaft or the adapter and the crank was still in the motor so you had to remove the adapter.

It's a shame a 2wd drive truck is hard to sell. I've been rolling around the Northeast for the past 6 years in two different 2wd trucks, one of which Bill has built for me and never got stuck, jobsites and all, no problems.

IKR? I wouldnt mind having that 2wd truck. I hardly ever go out in the sticks with a vehicle and that truck would be great for pulling boats or campers.

@@wcpportfolio he had another video that he said they’re just too busy to really work on them so he sends them to another local shop. It probably comes down to the fact the 6.0’s are more profitable lol

Excellent question. The title says F250 but the previous owner installed bigger springs and F350 aftermarket emblems. It has a F350 plus suspension.

According to his other videos he no longer works on 7.3s and 6.4s. I’m not sure the reasoning behind the 7.3 work. I own one myself 512,000 2001 F350 4x4. Saving up for engine and transmission reman locally here in Houston
