* Fear can impair formation of long term memory
Protect your hippocampus
* It’s involved in memory, learning, emotion, & its greatest job is to take short term memories and transfer them into long-term memories
* It helps you process & store things
* “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” - II Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
* Sometimes we’ll have problems standing up for what we love because of fear
* Protect your hippocampus by renewing your mind
