Its crap.

Mom never should have been cancelled! The cast was fantastic and brought an important topic center stage in an entertaining and compassionate way. Another quality show bites the dust.

@ Jay Kabinoff.... I couldn't agree more with you! Addiction is extremely misunderstood, those of us who have suffered or may still be suffering from addiction are often judged & looked down upon, and it shows that there's hope, happiness, healthiness and a lot to gain from maintaining sobriety. It shows the good, the bad, the ugly, the beauty and everything in between. I also loved that it dealt with suicide (Jill's mother), gambling addiction (Christy), jail and prison (Marjorie and Tammy), Al-anon (Adam & eventually Tammy too), shopping addiction... money can't buy happiness... eating disorder/compulsive eating in order to cope (Jill), becoming a nurse for access to drugs as Wendy put it... etc. It's very, very real and accurate to the way in which some of us cope and the lengths we're willing to go to in order to maintain it.

I still can’t believe the show was cancelled. It has heart, sarcasm, trials and errors. The ladies on the show are very talented and the chemistry is wonderful to watch. They should at least get a spin off if the name “Mom” can’t work. I wish Allison all the best and hope we see her again on tv.

So sad this show is over. The chemistry between Alison and the other women actresses was unbeatable! With so many people in 12 step programs, MOM was a great comedy for those people to identify with! I will be watching reruns in the future for years!

Watching that, I realized I had never seen the real her when she wasn't in some character. I truly believe she is one of the most gifted actors of our time and I was sooooo excited that she won an oscar. Her character Bonnie on "Mom" is one of those that will stand the test of time.

Anytime i see that Allison Janney is going to be in something i automatically think that it's going to be something great. That's just how good she is. I absolutely love her.

I found “Mom” during a holiday trip last Dec 2020 and my husband and I binge watched it for the last 5 months. We have been dealing with a serious addiction crisis in our immediate family (one of our children) for the past 4 years and I can’t tell you how much this show helped to heal, set healthy boundaries and find hope when before I could barely get through most days. Thank you so so very much to the writers, actors, producers, and everyone else that had any part of this amazing series. You ripped the bandaid off a taboo topic that has haunted and destroyed so many people/families for decades. Addiction is real. Addiction is a family disease. And like Bonnie and the rest of her crazy friends proved, you can learn to live in recovery and be grateful. ❤️

Blame the daughter, Anna Faris. She's the one who abruptly said she's leaving the show last year way before the pandemic. After that, the writing was on the wall. Truthfully, the show could have survived without her. The characters had better storylines than her. The show already changed dramatically since the first season when the kids were part of the cast and then just disappeared in the next season.

Allison Janney is an underrated actress; her prescience makes anything she is in better, funnier, quirkier. Wish her well.

I LOVE this show. The writing is excellent. It's therapeutic and cathartic. The acting is brilliant. AJ is perfection. She made me care about Bonnie Plunkett...love her, even..❤️

I love her gray hair. Looks fabulous. Allison is one of my favorites.

After hearing about her brother, I can now see why Allison lives for the Bonnie character and was so good in that role.

Interestingly I never stumbled across the show Mom until after its final episode. Now I'm so hooked I watch it every day and have access to the whole series on line. My first wife is an alcoholic, assuming she's still alive. That 10 yrs messed me up big time. How is it I laugh and cry at the same time through every episode.

One of my absolute favorites- she deserves everything wonderful!

For those of us who were (are) victims of addiction this show was a Godsend. It put a human face on the disease of addiction and how it can take over the lives of the most warm and charming people. I'm sure there were many of us while laughing at the masterful writing we also stopped to think "My God, I know the feeling, I've been there". Wlll miss this show.The writers always came up with funny storylines. Hope Chuck Lorre has another comedy in mind for us to enjoy

I am sad that the show is ending .....i have been watching it since day 1 and it helped me during some tough times in my life ....i wish she would have said why she thinks the show is ending ....i think it would bring closure to a lot of people that the show helped !!!!!!! ( a Canadian fan)

She's the reason that I keep watching the West Wing. Love every scene that she's in especially the ones with Josh and Donna. Can't even stop smiling as thinking about the episode "CJ's emergency root-canal and Josh taking over the press conference and Donna trying to help with the translation). She's the best CJ and the best Press Secretary that anyone could have dreamed of.

My sister died in 2019 of alcoholism. We always watched the show. Even though she said she hated the show. I knew she was watching. I miss her and I miss the show.

I just adore and am grateful for the role she played in ‘the Help’...💙 she taught me to “decide to live”. No matter how long I have or don’t have.✨💙

Mom has gotten me through so much dealing and trying to understanding my sons addiction. I loved this show!

I've watched since the very first episode of mom... Love love LOVE Allison... The entire cast is great. One of the top comedy TV shows ever. Sure do miss it. I wish it wouldn't have ended.

I was stunned by her acting when she appeared in American Beauty in 1999. Her role as the almost catatonic wife of a retired Marine Colonel stole the movie from the more known players. I thought about it for days, which is something I rarely do with movies. She could have easily overdone the histrionics, but the underplayed performance made you ache for her pain and loneliness.

Yyyeess!! A small but memorable part of hers. I think her role was cut down though in the final cut (as were many other interesting things) in that film

Of course we're all sad Mom is ending in its 8th season, but I'm still looking forward to see something new in what Allison can do. Change might be scary, but it'll give her a chance to show some of her 'hidden' side.

My heart breaks for her losing a parent or grandparent/family to cancer is such a difficult thing especially seeing them battling it and a lot of times not making but she’s watching from above 👆🙏🏾

She is a great actress,and i also have a "Bonnie" in my past lol! On the serious side ,my late mother was a drug and alcohol counselor for 30 years,and one of the last TV shows we watched together was the Mom where Bonnie goes to her mother's grave to forgive her

Heartbroken that "Mom" ended. One of my all-time favorite shows. Anything Allison Janney has ever been in, I've loved. Without a doubt, Ms. Janney is my absolute favorite actor. Can't wait for what's next. That Oscar was a long time coming and greatly deserved. We love you Allison Janney!

Mom is the only show I watched regularly in the past few years. Great cast and writers.

I love this shell so much I was in the hospital last year cancer for seven months and I look forward to two episodes every night help me get through
