Have you ever tried scratching Dacor’s graphite stainless contemporary line? They claim a diamond-like bonding process that resists scratching.

We haven't carried Dacor in a bit so didn't have them available for the test.
Lot of good info. The whole smart features and such I usually disregard and not rely on because manufacturers don't have a strong incentive to maintain apps for older appliances.

The smart features aren't for everyone. But it seems like an emerging trend. We'll see how the manufacturers support updating them over time.
