1st x watching n I agree one of the best I have seen. Really appreciate the advice/guidance on the shade. Never liked cushion foundation but m going to give this Hera a try. My daily go to is Tom Ford stick foundation so definitely a change for me. Tq so much for the in depth review

Sephora is temporarily closed due to Covid restriction in my country. And now after watching your video, I decided to give it a try to purchase from Sephora online. I'm looking forward to hear your updated review on the new formulated Hera Black Cushion and I'm hoping it still has the same Oil Control as the previous Hera Black Cushion. How I wish I could get my hands on the shade 27N1 in Singapore coz its confirmed that they do avail shade 27N1 unfortunately they don't sell outside of Singapore, I have to go to Singapore to buy the shade 27N1 from Hera Singapore. 😞

@@JOOHKY Thanks for your answer. I think we have similar skin tone. My sister just tried it for me and she think 21n1 would suit me better. I love sulwhasoo intense cushion which I use 17n1 color but am afraid 17N1 of Hera will be too light for me.

Just got a refill and its the new formula this time. SO sad they didn't include the original scent of the black cushion.. That was one of my favourite features of this foundation. People would ask what perfume I was wearing and were so confused when I would tell them it's just my face lol. I really wish they would include the scent again

While you would be 25n1, it would either feel naturally bright or super white from what I see.

Assuming Calid subtone = Calido subtone = warm subtone. I would say 23n1 Beige.

I love Hera Black Cushion its my most favorite Korean Cushion Foundation ever. The new formulated Hera Black Cushion looks promising but there are a few things I don't like that I prefer the previous formulation of Hera Black Cushion. My main issue with the new formulated Hera Black Cushion is the shade 25N1 Amber is slightly lighter than 25 Amber of Hera Black Cushion I was afraid the shade 25N1 might be light for my skin tone lucky for Singapore their Hera Black Cushion has the shade 27 while in Korea they don't and I'm curious to know if they will also avail 27N1 for their new formulated Hera Black Cushion. Also I'm gonna miss the press button closure of the compact coz it was fun to press the press button closure to open. I don't have problem with the scent I actually enjoyed the scent of the previous Hera Black Cushion maybe I'll enjoy the new scent of the new formulated Hera Black Cushion. What I also love about the Hera Black Cushion is because its matte it has the best Oil Control of a Cushion Foundation and I don't get oily throughout the day and I was wondering if the new formulated Hera Black Cushion still have Oil Control to control the oil on my face?

Hi Angeelo, thank you for sharing your thoughts! It's always a pleasure to read your opinions ^3^❤️ I agree with you that the 25N1 Amber being lighter than the original Hera Black Cushion 25 Amber. If you're a fan of the scent of the original scent, then you'll like the scent of the New Black Cushion as it is the same, just lighter. Unfortunately, since I'm in Korea, I have no idea if they will also come out with a 27N1 globally. I really do wish they would actually release the darker variations in Korea, as both Heiley and I would love to try them out ourselves, but alas, since the darker colors probably won't sell well domestically, we luck out here >. As for the Oil Control of the New Black Cushion, unfortunately I'm not sure about this, I might have to ask Heiley and see what she knows and thinks. If I get any info on this, I'll be sure to update you on it. Thanks once again for sharing ^3^/❤️

Hi Aego! Any update for the oil control of hera new black cushion? I’m still debating whether i repeat buying the old one or go try the new black cushion. The oil control of old black cushion works perfect on my skin. But it looks the new one has more glowy finish. I wonder if it affect the oil control?

How does the new Hera black cushion compare to the Laneige Neo matte for dry skin?

I find Laneige's to be more moist than Hera's but it is not as matte. Hera's feel slighter more matte.

I know this does not have anything to do with the product you are showing, but I’m curious about the lipstick you are wearing. It looks good on you and I want to give it a try for myself ;P

If I recall correctly, I was using the Peripera Ink Mood Matte Tint #3. I'm actually planning to do a review on this line in 2 weeks, so if you're interested, please stay tuned ^_^ ❤️

Unfortunately, the amber is actually lighter than the original Hera Black Cushion, but according to @AngeeloRabaya in his comment, he mentioned that there is a 27, so hopefully that'll work for you ^_^/

Sadly the shade 27N1 is only available in Singapore and they don't sell internationally. How I wish I could get my hands on the shade 27N1 😞😭

Do we need to put on make up setting spray or powder after having these on? I think for powder it might get too clumpy 🧐

While I do personally use a setting spray once in a while, I don't believe you will need to. If you by any chance live in a place that is very humid, I think it would be okay to apply a bit of powder on your oily areas (example T-zone), but all in all, I wouldn't suggest using powder.

@@yanxiaohan608 I love applying Powder when using Hera Black Cushion in fact, it really helps prevent transfer on my face mask and very minimal stain on than without Powder. I guess it just depends which Powder is a good pair with Hera Black Cushion. I use Hera HD Loose Powder and I'm planning to buy Hera Blur Priming Powder as it is both primer and setting powder.

I'd say the main difference is that the UV Mist Cushion is a glow cushion while the Black cushion is semi-matte.
