The metal.part inside air Chu k is broken. It can fix air chuck to tyre valve. But pressure is not showing correctly ..please tell me where can i buy the replacement part Thank you

Nice Video, good explanation. I have got this and the brass nozzle which you showed in the garage got damaged, Please advise what to do. I have roamed with it to automobile shop and all, everybody telling it can't be fixed. For a single brass nozzle, I can't throw the inflator away. Kindly suggest.

Replace that nozzle with a new one, if you aren't getting it in shops here is an online link : amzn.to/3j9bONV . But I recommend getting it offline you can check the product before purchase. . Or what you can do is get a cheap hand pump & replace the nozzle with that

@@ZubairAhmad-en1mg I think the same problem like in this video, the hose connection in the upstream side (the joint near the machine) is very weak and due to extreme heat it gets ruptured so only unable to fill air. Take a flat head screw driver and you can remove it slowly without damaging other parts. If you go to the bi-cycle spare parts shop they will give you a new hose with an air chuck.

I have not used iBell IBL inflator, I can't comment on that product :D But looking at specs that's 180watt & this one is 144watt, so power wise, iBell will be better

Please check power rating of car 12v socket, agar power rating 120watt ya usse jyada hoga to dikkat nahi hogi Usually Cars k socket 180W k hote hai, ( 12v x 15amp = 180watt )

from bottom of piston, Piston is designed to pass air from one side to the other, just like NRV

Mechanically both are same, only guage is different you can opt digital guage with some extra cost

No, the piston is also made up of metal, but there is a layer of rubber lining in metal plate, that helps to reduce air leakage, Actually, that is not rubber that is some composite material leather-like.

Usually it's made from nitrile rubber, it's petroleum resistant so you can lubricate it with mineral oil without ruining it.

@@shilimkarnv1 No lubrication system is given that's why it heats up very fast, ( same for almost every portable compressor ) but if you are little bit tool friendly, you can lubricate this occasionally once in 2 ~ 3 months, depends on usage.

Fuse of pump is located on cig. lighter port - Connector Fuse of 12V socket of the car, you will have to look for fuse box or refer owner's manual

Hose se air aa rahi par tyre me air nahi jaa rahi. Kya karan ho sakta hai. Aur reading kata bhi nahi move ho raha.

No Doubt that the product is good but as you said it is Made in Germany is not true Actually It is made in China, It is also true that the hose pipe is not good enough. As there is no lubricant that's why one should not run it continuously for more than 3 minutes, it becomes hot.

Analog meter stopped working.. can this be fixed??

No unless you completely open it.

You did not mention if this inflator has auto shutoff funtion or not. Shayad nahin hoga isme isliye aapne nahin bathaya hoga aisa main soch raha hoon, but I am not sure.

Motor alag se nai milega, aur mila bhi to waajib nai hoga, kyuki main costing motor ki hoti hai, Baaki motor regarding ye 1st comment hai ( replacement ) Details pehle bata diya hai, permanent magnet DC motor, copper winding carbon brush

bhai sahab , germany doesnt make inflators, polish ur knowledge then upload videos. all are imported from china or taiwan japan.japan costly a double price, and also tech. error in ur video. correct that fault . i will give u factory of inflators if u need.
