That's a wonderful find, and such good value. Even the case is a lovely thing. It might be useful to accommodate your Zeiss Ikon Contaflex and lenses? * Kudos to your wife for letting you know about the case. Some would keep quiet, when their husband's have a gas addiction. In the UK we have car boot sales. These are in effect pop-up markets, often held in a field or other open area, whereby people sell all manner of things from the back of their car. As ever with such events, 95% of what is being sold is junk, however bargains can be found. In the past month, I've managed to buy a working Fed 3 with an Industar 61 together with an Olympus Trip for £15.00, an Agfa Isolette ii for £2, a Super Takumar 35mm f3.5 - the same as you found - for £4, a Balda Baldinette viewfinder camera for £4, and a Miranda ES3 ( a rebranded Cosina with a PK mount ) fitted with a 28-70 Miranda lens and a 70-210 Tokina lens, also at £2. Incredibly, all seem to be working. I also found a very early Kodak Retinette, but that is faulty and only for use on a bookshelf. For the princely sum of £3, I don't really mind. My grand total in Euros is around 35. I am the first to admit that I've had a very lucky streak, and that the next time there might be nothing. When it does happen though, it's very satisfying. * It was your videos about the Contaflex which first alerted me to your channel. I love and use mine regularly, and it would be great to see you use them again in a future presentation.
