As someone who is terrified of snakes but admired them from a distance can you do a video where you break down what patterns or colors make them certain species? Like you say it’s a marble but I have no idea what that means or any of the other names you say mean. I’d love to have you show examples of what each base species is then show us the mixed species and how they have a bit of each of the parents. Love your channel. Came from David’s vlog a long time ago and have loved your content ever since!

Usually, the snake will be ready when there is less fluid in the egg and the yolk had been absorbed. For those snakes, they have absorbed the yolk already so it's completely safe, but you have to make sure they're ready, otherwise you want to let them come out on their own.

So the odd ball snake...if the mother can hold on to sperm for a whole new clutch...then is it not possible for her to release some of the saved sperm from her last to amp up the genetics? Meaning could the snake be a mix between the father from last time and the father from this time plus mix in the mother's genes...could it be possible, what did u breed her to last time? Maybe you could look back and see? My way of thinking comes from a lot of different things...1 is just like any other animal...she is looking for the best male 5o breed with...if she has to she will settle for something less...what if that's what happened? She didn't really want to breed with this male, but took him for better than nothing? Added some held back sperm from a male she felt was better or just to up the ante by mixing in the other gene? Just a question...and athought...

Could be if mum bred to another snake before. They would need to check past record on breeding to see what mum was partnered up with last time.
