Wow I watched this video a year ago too. Looks like her channel grew tremendously in a year.

I’m so in love with you guys Montessori playroom. Literally was just telling my husband I would love to give our children a set up like this in our new home. I may even start now in their current room.

Thank you! Montessori toys have made such a big difference. We used to have a whole bunch of plastic battery operated toys when my son was young and it was just very over stimulating. Changing the room environment and toy situation made a world of difference. Let me know if you need any help or ideas!

I love your playroom/homeschool. My dream one so far! It ticks all the boxes in my wishlist. U mixture of quality expensive and affordable wooden toys. You have organized space and most of all the reading nook area. Just so cozy. I wish I could have that bean bag!😍

Beautiful AND intentional learning environment 🥺🙌🏻♥️!!! I admire so much the work you have put on that room for the best of your kids. Now, we don’t have the budget to have all of that, but this video helps me so much as an inspiration when I want to be intentional with toys for my 7mo. They’re some of our favorite open ended toys. They’re not too heavy, and you can really create anything with them. ❤️

I love the set up. It’s so pretty! Waldorf curriculum sounds appealing to us especially for my daughter who learns differently. We have a school in Hawai’i but it’s an hour and a half away.

I agree with you. I think the beauty of Waldorf lies in its simplicity. The curriculum is perfect for children who love to explore and learn freely. I feel like traditional schools are too restrictive and offer more of a forced standard curriculum which doesn’t always work for some children. I’m sorry to hear that your school is a bit far. If you have any questions on how to homeschool your children let me know! I’ll be making some videos on how I use the Waldorf and Montessori curriculum for learning.

I definitely have considered it. I would love to expand my space and be able to offer a more affordable option for parents. I know how expensive it is to send your children to a Montessori school...so if I can do that I would. I do think about it. Maybe something in the future. This is the updated playroom tour. Hi Angela! I got it at Restoration Hardware! It came with a matching smaller bean bag that you place as a foot rest. But we have that in another room. We absolutely love it!

What a great room! Would love to expand our existing one like this. What kind of budget should I think of if I want to plan for this? A ballpark figure will do. Can you help?

I really couldn’t give you a figure. It really depends on the materials and furniture you decide to go with. If you’re staying on budget I would definitely recommend places like IKEA for furniture. I have a mixture of high end furniture and some more economical pieces of furniture. But having quality materials was important to me. I also have a lot of high end toys that are Montessori and Waldorf so that in itself can get expensive. I also don’t know what you already have in your existing playroom. If you want to email more information I can definitely try and help you more. ❤️

We’ve gotten costumes from many different places. Some are the Melissa&Doug brand, others are Disney, and some other ones we found through Amazon or second hand. ❤️

My children usually play with 1-2 things at a time and then put it back before moving on to something else. The only time that they leave anything out is if they’ve created a scene with their castle 🏰 and they want to continue playing with it the next day. Other than that, they know to place things back in their “home”. They’ve known that every item has a “home” since they were little. And through repetition and routine know to keep their environment nice. ❤️
