I appreciate, RN Kat for sharing an informative video about NC. I am currently in Southwest FL and still searching State to live , work with balance life and career. I fell in love with my 1st visit in SC and looking forward to go to NC. Nature lover po ako and same with my daughter. Parehas kaming ayaw ng city life. Can you pls suggest place in NC . Wake county in the east side of NC is a good place, you can choose between UNC, Duke and Wakemed to work if you want a hospital, dialysis I believe Davita and Fresenius also has centers here , sometimes they work with inpatient hospitals to cater those patients who needs dialysis.

Hello po sorry for late reply, I cant tell of it is enough or not depende po ksi yan sa lifestyle na ppiliin nyo po. Pero for sure may mga differentials pa yan on top.. just dont buy a too expensive car with a high cost of insurance it should be enough

I dont think Im in the right position to comment if that’s enough or not.. consider not only the basic salary but also take a look into the differentials, employer benefits, shift schedule, nurse:patient ratio, opportunity for growth.

Medyo madami pollens pag spring summer, magtake nalang ng antihistamine kung may allergy but it rains here naman occasionally so pollens should get wash out with the rain

May I ask which english exam you took? I preferred PTE po kasi.

Im contemplating if I have to answer kung anong agency but thru direct hire agency po ako at hindi staffing agency.. mahirap po ksi na ma quote ako pag sinabi ko yung agency ko. After matapos ko commitment ko next year ssabihin ko po.. may mga pros and con ksi mga agency

Kahit saan ka namang state may possible na legal issues na makakaharap ang nurses , if you are not careful sa trabaho mo. You can still look for other state with better contract than NC kung may makikita ka, pero possible din na may mga pros and cons din dun. Timbanggin mo mabuti decisions mo. Know what you want, know what your goal is.. I also am looking for options other than NC.. it's a tough decision kasi madaming pwedeng options pagdating mo na dito. But in general, NC is a good state to start with.

Im not sure, pwede nyo po icheck sa Indeed or other job search website tas ilagay nyo lang NC location. Common jobs here sa may Triangle area is research, IT, healthcare, real estate

Cost of living here is cheaper compared sa other state, madami hospital dito sa NC, most known ang UNC health hospitals at Duke University Hospital, others like where I am at now, nasa county side siya. Check mo sa google mga reviews and check in Lefora kung meron bang mga pinoy with offer at central carolina.. Very important sa mga nagsisimula ppunta dito na may Filipino community support kayo sa place.

Winston salem is a good place. I suggest you reach out to Dr. James Montegrico since he lives there. I believe dyan siya nagstart magwork before, that's the wake forest baptist hospital before Atrium acquired it. Just not sure about the management of that hospital now. Maybe you can try to search for fb groups/ groupchats to learn more to help you decide. Winston salem pala is at the west side of NC, I live in the East side..

Hindi lang Luzon. Ang size ng buong Pilipinas pag pinag dikit dikit mo yung Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao ay ksi g laki lang ng state of Arizona. FYI. 😊

Wala naman ako nakikitang hate crime dito for asians.. most of the people here are very nice. Very diverse ang culture,.
