They are in ear monitors they are custom to an artists ear so they can hear music while performing but they also can just be used like any other normal pair of headphones the video definitely got the price wrong though and you definitely can’t get them from Walmart. Almost all performers use these and can run anywhere from $300-$6,000 depending on the customizations and quality of earbud.
