That is correct. They do not want these bags thrown to land fill so they repair for Free 💜💜💜

I'm not sure the size but I got it on Amazon! They have ones specific for the Longchamp totes :) Samorga is also a popular company that makes organizers for purses!

I have a few of the Stojo cups and give them away as gifts.

As a nurse, I can definitely say that medical professionals do have a lot things on their bags. And the weight is just as heavy as it looks. Specially doctors with all the books. We do love bags inside the bags to keep things organized. Does the finger massage also have a hand massager version? 🤔
