@@JennaHong for me to not have it in a box or a plastic bag that you can't see what it is is a big turnoff.i have the expensive real leather totes but thought I could use this as a purse too since I'll be doing my dad's estate I need to be able yo carry everything.thanks for your video by the way.it was helpful.
I have this bag ans is great for work and carrying my lap top. It's also sturdy considering I'm in the military and carry a lot in it.
