At least if the handles fall back down they won't get in your way when you're reaching in your bag. I have the medium-sized one like this and it has 2 sets of handles long and short with the hardware so it's easy to get them to stay and it gives me somewhere to attach bag charms. Mila Kate I think.

Hi! Very good question I will come back and give an update. So far I love it I've carried it all day going to the doctor and running many errands. The strap is very comfortable more than the neverfull I'm sure because this one is thicker. But I will come back and let you know more as I continue to carry her.🥰
