Thanks! We’ll see how long it lasts with me, but hopefully all the way to Canada!
Nice kit. Issue with waterproof shoes is they don’t dry as fast. In the Sierra you will swamp them and they won’t dry. The non-waterproof shoes/boots will dry. You might consider a big hat and/or sun hoody as there are miles and miles of exposed trail, especially in the California desert.
