The only other things i can suggest is hand sanitizer, a little laundry bag for yours and baby's "dirty" clothes so they're not mixed in when your clean clothes and lastly some feminine wipes to help you feel cleaner in between shower's bc we know as mama's after you've given birth you don't always feel the cleanest 😣

ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN AND THE HOSPITAL BAG IS SUPPOSED TO ACCOMODATE YOU FOR ANYTHING. IT WONT HURT SARAH TO PACK A COUPLE OF EXTRA THINGS THAT WONT TAKE UP ANY SPACE. ITS BETTER TO HAVE MORE THAN YOU NEED THAN TO NOT HAVE ENOUGH

They would have to stay a bit longer to put him under the lamp etc. Plus Sarah is planning on pushing and so there are so many complications that could happen. My mum ended up staying in for a week and didn't expect it. My cousin ended up staying overnight and my friend did the same as well. We r all in the uk too

Slipper socks for yourself Sarah and a little spray bottle for water. I found l got hot in labour and the spray bottle was a godsend. Also if you fill it with warm water after the birth and spray on your bits it’s so soothing.

I love you and the other family members so much! I can’t believe that you are 35 weeks pregnant!

Dry shampoo, deodorant, and any other spray fumes are not good for around babies. Plain vasaline is best for your lips calmex had so many chemicals in it. My daughter is pregnant and having a private midwife has been given a whole list of what you should not use on your body either when pregnant or just given birth. Also she's been told not to have scented candles or air freshener plug in and sprays. That's actually been in the paper. Your baby does not need to be exposed to chemicals when new born.

Loved the video. Just a thought.... why take cotton wool pads for your make up and cotton wool pleats for Egbert. You will only need one lot. Just thought it would save you space x

when i had my daughter in 2017 i also made up a small bag for my partner, it was a good job i did as we was in the hospital for over 24 hours before our girl was born. in his bag was a clean t shirt and underwear, a few snacks and drinks for himself and his tooth brush. you never know how long you both be in the labour stage.

Omg I packed about four bags when I was pregnant didn't know what to take but good tho because I was in hopstial for four days My son and me had infection and his 2 now xx and love your nursery me and my son sharing a room living with my mum and my dad looking for a flat to live in can't wait for him to have his own room xx

When I gave birth to my 5 in glam I know but I always used always discrete pants there for incontinence but they work so much better then granny pants and pads especially in the first days after birth when heavy they are really nice scented comfortable as well u just feel fresher deffo worth a try if you find pads the pads uncomfortable or to thick xxx

Hi Sarah my daughter is due in 3 weeks 5 days around the same time as you shes having a girl . She's packet her bag too I've just told her a few things she hadn't thought of . She said tell say she's added these few bits you don't have on your list snacks in case it's a long labour you just need something to nibble on and water spray mist as you know it gets so hot in the hospital might be nice to cool u down . Good luck with the birth xxxx

Bibs/bandana bibs, mitts, hats, pack of water wipes as much as they try get you to use cotton wool and water some of they first poos are past the stage of needing only water haha. Another small tip was I used always nighttime pads the long ones with wings sooooo much more comfier than the thick maternity pads which are horrible xx

Little can't wait for the baby! Gonna be such a cute little boy, just like your other amazing girls 😍 your so gorgeous aswell Sarah, and your videos on both your channels always make me feel so happy and inspired! Xxx

When i had my daughter i used night time pads instead of maternity ones. They were far more comfy and just as absorbent as they are designed for 8 hrs of blood overnight. I just changed them out every hr or 2.

Hi Sarah, I really enjoyed your video and seeing what you've packed for the hospital. I have heard from other mums that the My Expert Midwife Spritz for Bits cooling spray for after delivery can really help with tears, and the first couple of visits to the loo. It's been very exciting following your pregnancy journey, and I can't wait to meet baby Egbert! Rebecca xx

I love that little white sleeper for your baby!! The blue is adorable too, but the white one is just beautiful. Everything you’ve got for him is lovely!

Just to let you know. In Tesco the do thin maternity pads. Hold the same flow as the chunky ones. Are absolutely gem to find, I know exactly what you mean, after 9 months without a period. X

Love you Sarah! Even though you are heavily pregnant and probably aren’t feeling your best, you always stay positive! 😘😘😃😃😃

So exciting! Some absolute essentials I packed in my hospital bag were - Flip Flops to wear in the shower, their communal here so for hygiene reasons I brought them. Witch Hazel, you can get it from your chemist. You put some on each new maternity towel you put on and it's helps with cooling and pain especially if you've had stitches. Arnica tablets - again you can get them in the chemist. They help with bruising and healing after Labour and delivery. Some other little bits I found super handy were earphones for watching KZread or Netflix on your phone at night time if you wanted. Plastic bags to put dirty laundry in for Chris to take home or whoever. And for baby, I would definitely recommend taking a packet of water wipes Instead of cotton pads, their so much handier and less faffing about. Also I'd bring 6 vests and 6 sleepsuits just incase he's a sickly baby. Oh also, I don't know what your hospital is like but we wernt allowed use aerosols as the fumes obviously arnt good around newborn babies so maybe just use a stick or roll on deodorant. I would highly recommend water wipes. More convenient than cotton wool and water but a lot gentler than regular wet wipes x

For my first born girl I gave up with maternity pads and got the tenaladies pants as they were so much more comfortable, and no leaks or no ruined underwear! Win win. xx
