I usually bring a few gatorades, big bottles of water, and a box of poptarts. Drink the gatorade/water through out and eat a 2 pack of poptarts between each discipline.
Some Aleve for your old man back and a headband for the sweat?

I made a limited run of them for people who are part of Basement Barbell Club then sold the remaining through my site. They went pretty quick so maybe I'll do another run.
