Great video. I have the 27L Backpack. I am in treatment for chemo and I bring everything: Laptop, cables and also food, wipes, etc. It packs it all. I love it. And yes to the handles on the sides. They are so handy.

I just got my black 27L and man I gotta say I really love it. I just got back home from traveling to Denver from California and this backpack was awesome. I first got the 22L but was too small for me so the 27L was perfect. I was in need of a new everyday backpack and yeti did not let me down 👍

I have the 27l backpack and the zipper went out of alignment after almost 2 years of every day use. Yeti sent me a shipping label and it’s going back for replacement. Good customer service! I also have the 60l duffel and the large rolling luggage bag. All have been great.

so many numbers on the website but non tells what is the max weight allowed. I guess the thin strap cant hold too heavy before it gives way!

I bought one for my daughter junior year, she’s starting college in the fall and it’s the best backpack I’ve ever seen. It’s super tough, the build quality is amazing, she uses it everyday, takes it camping, etc. I was so impressed I bought the largest duffle for myself.

How are comfortable are the shoulder straps after longtime use? (I have been on the fence about buying this because of the reviews on the straps)

I appreciate it! And I would definitely recommend it for that. I use it for work everyday and it has held up extremely well. It’s very durable and I’ve found that the pocket locations and functions make it super convenient for every day use
