They helped me drop 50# in one year from 165 to 115 and I am 5'3". I test my blood sugar once a week with MOJO Test Kit and my numbers are in the normal range. Husband reversed his Diabetes and dropped 70# in the same year. Drop the carbs to 20grams a day and drop that weight. If I can do this you can do this. Good Luck and Take Care Robin

Ohhhh I have that Couch bag the Tote one in the crème colour. Im hoping to get into the coach store when im in the US in June I love the Grove Outlets and frequent there im there for a month so i have no doubt I will get there and i love the little Coach too 😮

On Amazon you can get a pink cover for the pen and gear notebook you get 2 for 11 something. If I remember correctly it has a pen holder
