Me crying infront of my parents daily for a new racket
Would recommend some kind of cold spray especially when going to a hard tournament, cramps can be really painful sometimes so cooling the location can be good
Ur a great KZreadr that deserves more subs it’s so amazing to see other badminton athletes show what’s in their bag and gives u an insight on tips and what equipment that have !!

I know you have foam roller and softball, but I carry a mini massage gun which really helps for some point pressure release. Give it a try.
You should have a small bag to keep wet cloth, and also plaster medical bandage. Dont forget yonex deoballs also.

Can you make a video about why you play with Arcsaber 11 Pro and not any other head heavy racket usually players prefer? It's a heavy racket made just for training. The TR-0 that I use is the heaviest one that is about 150 grams. Almost double the weight of a normal 4U racket.

What's the price of TR0 training racket?
If players get on a plane, is that allowed to put that bag to cabin? Or must be checked into baggage?
You might need to kept some grip strengthener so ur wrist will be stronger

Depends which compartment. One side is larger than the other. But the regular racket compartment I would say you can fit 6-7 rackets pretty comfortably
