I’ve had to come to terms with that fact my mom has narcissistic tendencies. I love her, but I struggle with healing from that resentment towards her. She wanted me to treat my learning disorder attention deficit like a crutch. I treated that crutch like it what is something to punish my self with and I made a bad habit of beating myself with that crutch metaphorically speaking. I struggle with fully accepting that I am highly intelligent like it’s some imposter syndrome, just because I don’t feel like my intelligence is enough.

Pile 1 and I think that message was for me 😅. I'm a housewife and stay at home mom. I have pretty much convinced myself that I can't balance it all....I have a 7 year old autistic son whom I am also trying to home school . I also babysit my 4 year old granddaughter. I have some stuff I have wanted to do for many years that I haven't acted on, even though i started on it prior to the birth of my youngest child (health and fitness centered). I also have been struggling lately with who I am because I am very different than everyone else I know. I've tried to convince myself that life would be easier if I was "normal"....whatever that is lol. you’re just giving me extreme flashbacks we tried to give it another try but it’s like in his mind he just wants to hurt me. i literally did just that he tried to like suffocate me and i just acted like i was fine w it and waited till he got in the shower and left but we ended up back together that progressed into him being comfortable enough to wake me up holding knives to the back of my head, then that progressed to a gun. i’ve given him so many chances bc i understand how it feels to be irrational but he won’t grow up
