Our friend told us how they cooked fresh mushrooms in Worcestershire sauce. Oh my! Tastes like steakhouse mushrooms! I sauteed mushrooms & onions in butter with a little garlic powder for 5ish minutes then added a liberal amount (1/8 - 1/4 cup) of Worcestershire. Let it reduce to about about 1/2. If it's too strong add some water. Delicious!
