Great video as always. Little tip for the charcoal grill. I think you put the grate in upside down. If you put it with the two square “loops” facing up you can use them to spin the grate around if a flare up happens. That way you can move the steaks to the cool side without having to lift them with the tongs! I learned that from the show Good Eats.

You're absolutely right about the Italian sub/sandwich ingredients! They can be expensive but it's one of my favorite things to order out. So in the long run it's much cheaper to be able to make 6-8 of them for $20 vs buying 2 for $20!

Hey girl! Thank you for another amazing week of suggestions. A little tip for your meatballs: mix the breadcrumbs with all your dry seasonings first… this will ensure everything’s evenly distributed, and you won’t have to mix your meat as much… leading to better meatballs 😊

The crack chicken is really good over no yolk egg noodles too I make it a little saucier by adding some chicken broth when I eat it like that…also the recipe I use calls for sour cream and the cream cheese

Hey Kristen, if you want your meatballs soft, use wet bread instead of breadcrumbs. Remove crust and let the bread get wet, squeeze out excess and massage into the meat.

Anytime I need a new recipe, I come here and to Mandy in the Making first. I love that I can adapt any of y'alls recipes.

Next time try your baked potatoes in air fryer, rub with olive oil and sea salt poke a few holes then depending on size 40-45 min at 400 delicious and doesn’t get the kitchen hot.

We love the submarine dressing too. If u can't find it at walmart, Publix has it near their fresh cheeses on a small shelf, super easy to miss at both stores if u don't look carefully.

Hi, I do not have much kitchen experience but I'm trying to get better and I have a question. If the meatballs are checked with a meat thermometer when they come out of the oven, wouldn't they become overcooked or dry when they go back in the oven for another 10 minutes on the bread?
