This was so nice! When I spent some time in Jaipur, I also used to work in cafes like this. Missing India.

Finally someone's showing the Bangalore roads that have no traffic. Everyone just thinks Bangalore is full of traffic which so wrong cause it's only few of the major roads that are heavily trafficked the remaining roads have a decent crowd

@@IvanaPerkovicOfficial try Samovar tea from Hotel Delight or Malabar Cafe SG Palya near Christ University(near forum Kormangala). Just Rs.10/-. It's an experience and value for money. Its better to buy tata share and earn ...not !

Hello Ivana you can also check out Toscano - jaynagar, Pasta street- Cunningham road and Truffles- Koramangala these are cafes which are famous locally. Loved your blog😀

The Bangalore of some three decades ago only about 25% "developed" as compared to how it is today. But even then, it was, in my opinion, the "modern" city of South India. Also at that time, the cost of living in Bangalore was around 20% of what it costs today. Food in restaurants and transportation was totally inexpensive when compared to what it is today. The population was maybe around 30-40% of what it is today. Bangalore has come a long way since then.

Three decades ago would take us into the 90s. Take it back a couple of decades more, where you could stick your head out at the traffic intersections that were slowly replacing round-abouts, and the cop would be most understanding, stop the other traffic and wave you on. That was the Bangalore before Bengaluru, divided between the City and the Cantonment (I think Peter Colaco wrote a book about it). One constant - Koshy's was strong even then.

It's so refreshing to look at Indiranagar and 100ft road. I can imagine the delicious filter coffee smell from the Udupi bhavan. Last year I had been to Fatty bao just before the pandemic was declared in March. Feels like ages. Thanks for the video. Made my day.

Very pleasant change after long time....so i wld recommend u to check more cafes and food outlets but obviously keepin in consideration the ongoing scenario of corona...keep your xposure to minimum...mayb u can cover few cafes on different days and then compile it into one video. These are all something which most people cannot afford, there are small famous eateries across the city that serve affordable tasty food for masses... Some of them are very old that have been an inspiration for many others

I think you underestimate what other people can and can't afford. Also I mentioned Udupi Park, Bhartya Jalpan and MTR where plenty of masses eat 😊 Would love to visit the military hotel though!

I'm surprised to find HAL 2nd stage so completely built up and teeming with traffic. I used to go there decades ago and it was still calm, and there were many plots with vacant land. Not anymore. At least now you can have food from around the world without having to go to a 5 star restaurant. This is a good vlog on eateries there ..

Tried Lucky Chan yesterday. It's a cute place and because it was a Sunday it was crowded so making a reservation is a must. The main attraction are the sushis on a conveyor belt, probably the only one in Bangalore so far. Food is good but definitely on the expensive side..if not for the conveyor belt experience, there are other many pan Asian and sushi places around for less the price and probably just as good if not better. By the way, I commented on your vlog about Zed The Baker, Prestige Trade Tower. I finally went back last Friday with my small son and had a wonderful time. Such a pretty place. I found the raspberry cake a bit on the expensive type but I just had to try it too. 😂😂😂 The Pain Au Chocolat is so good as well the hot chocolate drink. ❤️ By the way, Lucky Chan used to be Misu but they changed the name, interior and some of the items in their menu as well as the added conveyor belt. ❤️
