The difference in this series could be MPJ just like the LA series. Lakers didn’t have the perimeter defense or size to handle him but Minnesota does. That could play a major role if MPJ can’t get clean looks

KAT had his best playoff series last series because in the past we NEEDED him to be great. He always needed to be our #1 or #2. It was too much pressure on him. I always say he's closer to being a rich man's MPJ than he is to being a #1 or #2 option. He doesn't have the mentality for it. This year's team is so DEEP that KAT has very little pressure on himself to be anything other than a really good role player. ANT & RUDY are the foundation of this team. Then you have NAZ, Conley, KAT, McDaniels, NAW & SLOWMO filling in with whatever the defense gives them. If you follow the Wolves, it's very common for KAT to only have 10 shots per game. This year is different than previous seasons.

All of ifs comes down to getting on top in the 1st game. Nuggets must win 1st game, if Wolves win first one it will boost their confidence and than it would be uphill struggle for Nuggets.

If Jamal and KCP aren't physically 100%, I cannot see how the Nuggets win. Minnesota is deep, long and physical and has Ant.

@@kalidreamer95 sure playoffs are different so then what’s the point of any of this analysis. Just ignore the huge sample on something like shooting that doesn’t change that much. Either that or we assume Murray will shoot that bad..? Also this whole suns suck thing is comical given what everyone was saying going into the playoffs. They were a middle of the pack defense and less than 1.5 rating points worst than Denver on defense. Again do some BASIC research

@@kalidreamer95 nah my point there was to point out the Murray shot poorly in the first round but I don’t expect it to continue cause of historical context. Even tho his regular season numbers aren’t superb his shooting percentage is usually consistent. Which gets back to my NAW and Jaden point. Sure they may shoot worst than in the regular season, but these guys literally said they shot well in the first series when they shot worst than the massive regular season data. Again playoffs are tougher, but to act like they were hot and will regress is just plain wrong. I will apologize for invading your pod. I heard mares from the all nba and thought he was reasonable so I’ve been checking out so dnvr stuff and liked it too. I was curious they’re take and was disappointed how little they seam to know about the wolves. I suppose that shouldn’t be surprising but that and the sense of arrogance was not appealing and I shoulda left then.

@@kalidreamer95 again this suns talk is so different from pre playoffs. See what mares said on all nba pod. They were hot coming into the playoffs. They are less the 1.5 defensive rating different than Denver so idk why we’re assuming they sucked and not the the wolves are that good.

Watch Dane Moores pod cause he gives a lot of props to other teams and does his research to give unbiased pros and cons. This was just spoon feeding nuggets propaganda.

@@donaldw12318 If you watch Michael Malone’s presser last year against the Lakers that was disrespect lol. Listen I think you guys have a great team and honestly it’s going to be a great series. It could go either way. Adam Mares is my favorite analyst but again I’m probably biased. Adam Mares and the crew have been covering this team since the start and they’ve watched this team grow and their company has grown with them so I guess it could come across as disrespect but I think they just love this team and are confident in them. We have lots of people who love this pod who root for other teams so stick around. Dane Moore has been on this pod before and I think he’s great. I can’t stand some of his takes on the nuggets, but I think it’s just how it goes. Not everyone can cover multiple teams at once and give a complete analysis.

Nuggets still aren't dialed in

"ive been watching" immediately goes on to have no idea how Minnesota plays Denver. The wolves will put KAT on Jokic with Rudy roaming off of Gordon. The prevailing theory is that McDaniels will be on Murray, Edwards on MPJ and Conley on KCP. Thats what theyve done the last 2 years. However i wonder if Murray being banged up won't allow them to put AnT on Jamal and jaden on MPJ. Take Porter completely out and let Ant go at a hobbled murray. Etch those two out and youve got Jokic trying to win with Aaron Gordon and KCP as his primary weapons on offense
