Not only does he share his beautiful voice with the world but he takes advantage of his public position to inform people of charities that need support. I often listened to him merely thinking he had a great voice and how much I envied him that and thought that way for years then a few years ago I came across a clip of him singing in the Kiev theatre singing La Prima Volta. It was then I realized that this man went beyond just a great voice and elevated him to a standard few others will ever meet. My favourite male singer is Bocelli but Potts' talent has pushed him onto that same pedestal IMHO. A lovely bloke with the most beautiful vocal cords who has worked hard to please his fans and never failed to do so. What a voice!

His voice may be mediocre when compared to the tenor greats but his determination, stickability, humility and consideration for the well-being of those less fortunate is worthy of anybody's praise. Until artificial intelligence technology is developed which produces accurate pronunciation, please, please have a human being do the commentary.
