He is absolutely right, firstly stop copying the west, stop aping the west in behaviour pattern, start thinking in our own way to find solution to the problems we face, we have talents but to promote this talent we need Hindu funding and should feel proud about it, every engineering college in India should address the problem and come out with solutions at least one live project per year, this should be made compulsory.

Interesting point about confidence of an individual stemming from the culture he/she comes from. Resonates with my own experience - I was in line waiting to pay for the items I wanted to purchase at Home Depot. While waiting I saw a pack of pliers which I decided to buy as well. This Caucasian girl behind me immediately called me a "Home Depot Sucker". I was taken aback and tried to explain to her that they would make a good and required addition to my toolbox at home. What got my attention the most was her confidence. On reflecting on it I was amused at how she was the embodiment of the American culture i.e. self proclaimed judges of what is right and wrong, inserting themselves in other nations' (people's ) business and dictating what should or should not be done!! How confidently she called me (a complete stranger) names and passed judgement with absolutely no clue. Contrast that with myself - I showed restraint and tolerance for her impudence. Not once did I say or even think of telling her "Mind your own business!!" We must immerse ourselves in our true Bhartiya culture with it's rich values and principles. The world is already sitting up and taking notice. Many are admiring this new image of India as it transforms into the Bharat that JSD sir is envisioning, while others are uncomfortable and are quick to dismiss/criticize (with growing self doubt). Bharat Mata Ki Jai!!
