Ruby Bridges is 69 years old. Let that marinate for all of those who oppose equity for Black folks in this country.

It is only when we see Ruby, that we realise that this level of racial discrimination and sheer cruelty was not many years ago at all. Imagine this 6 year old child being subjected to such public abuse and humiliation! And the monsters are stll among us shouting and screaming and stripping people of their human rights and dignity. Sadly, while education is our only route to truly effecting change, we have people removing history books from schools and we are standing by and allowing this travesty.

Isn't Ruby wonderful? What an intelligent, compassionate and sweet woman/person. I really enjoyed this talk with you Ruby. You made me laugh so many times, just like children do. Praying for those with such hatred; you know they are in pain actually hating themselves. Everyone has truth and innocence and purity underneath whatever false thinking and emotions might be going on. Just like Jesus saying- they know not what they do. We must fight back against injustice too of course. We all begin as children and some go astray. Come back home brothers and sisters to truth and reality it feels so much better- and it's much more fun there (!) 🕉 🦄 Bless you Ruby, and Kristen for a beautiful meaningful conversation. Peace ✌️ ☮️ 🕊 and love ❤️ 💖 on earth 🌎.
