Milan street style is definitely my favourite hands down. As an older woman I feel immensely cheered by the stylish older ladies who lift the bar! I feel much more confident stepping out for I no longer allow the stereotypes of our age to hold me back. And do I get reactions! People really notice. Other well dressed women will chat, it's like a club. And no, I'm not in the upper brackets of wealth, but that doesn't, and should not, hold anyone back. I have glorious vintage wear bought for a song. Sadly no heels anymore, very sad about that as I loved striding out in the highest heels, but one quality pair of flats per season is not out of reach, neither is the very occasional handbag. But a good belt is, and can lift any outfit. Make your own jewellery, its not that hard to do. Mostly though, enjoy!
