I have a relative who owns a business in Dubai. He said UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkiye always needs more unskilled laborers who will work for extremely low inhumane wages and who will happily live in slum areas like rats. When Madrasa children grow-up, they fulfill the requirement nicely. The more uneducated they stay, the better it is for rich people.

It is very hard to find truth in Madrasa education even in India . If it comes to Madrasa education in Pakistan , absolutely no hope at all .
