Of ALL the teachings and prophecies that I have been watching over the last few weeks since we've been in lockdown, this one has been the most powerful. God spoke right into my heart. No shortcut. No feel good "this will be over quickly"; just Abba Father's truth, reaching deep into my heart, showing me how absolutely necessary this time is in my life - how He is molding me, refining me, preparing me for what He wants to accomplish through my life! Thank you!

Amen. It's time to turn the page. It's time to burn the ships. Whoever needs this, you're gonna make it!

Louie, I suffer from substance abuse disorder, schizo affective disorder and PTSD, 10/23/18, I jumped off a bridge attempting suicide, I fractured my back in 3 vertebrae, cracked 3 ribs in 4 places, punctured my left lung, ruptured my spleen and, by the grace of God fought my way from the bottom of the river bed to shore. 2 weeks later my little brother completed suicide. The next year and half my addiction has progressively gotten worse. After ODing on heroin for my 6th time and surviving my 9th near death experience, I was detoxed and sent from my home in southern Indiana to penfield addiction ministries in Georgia. After one week they sent me home saying that they could not deal with bipolar disorder. Convinced that I was being sent home to die, I started doing 3 things this past week that I've been home, 1st I started indulging in the percocets my mother provided so that I would not pick up heroin and a syringe, and oddly, I started praying continuously and watching you and other sermons. James 1:2 is my life verse. God used you to minister to me tonight in a God sized way. Since I've been back I haven't been scared, just wondering what the problem is that everyone else sees. I'm not quite sure why I've written you, other than God has laid it on my heart to share part of my story and to ask for you and your team to pray for me and the direction of my life. I am praying for you and your ministries, I am, being a man of meager circumstance, under constant pressure from the enemy, therefore I exhort you in the name of Christ, stay strong, I can see that you are under immense amounts of stress, pressure and fatigue. A get motivation teacher!

By the Grace of God today I decided to start again on the road that my parents tought me - walking with Jesus every day, reading the Word of God and going back to church. It has been too long that I have drifted off..... We are still in a level of lockdown where most churches are sending out messages online, so decided to watch this message from Louie. It was no co-incidence that I clicked on this one! If I look back on my life, through many periods of suffering from illness, loss and loneliness, there is one thing that is 100% certain - God was there with me all along, I was never really alone. He was there when I was sitting 3 times a week for dialysis, when I lost my parents, when my wife left me and when I miss my daughter so much. I thank him for the change he is bringing to my life! Thank you Lord for a pastor like Louie who you use to touch our hearts!

What a wonderful lesson on confidence and hope for our futures along with the way to go forward into it with our Lord, thank you.
