Wht about when your car was stolen?

State Farm denied my rear accident without any reason. Would there be any reason why they'll do this? The other driver admitted he hit me and I have dash cam footage. As I was heading straight at a constant rate and then the driver rear-ended me losing control and hitting a store sign.

There could be plenty of reasons, one of which was that the driver was not insured at the time of the accident. He may have provided you an expired insurance card. If the policy was not in force on the date of loss, there is no liability or comp/collision coverage. You’re able to go under your own policy, allow your insurance company to perform an investigation, and then subrogate the at fault party.

@@juwansmith3104 Nope, we got it settle. He finally accepted full liability. It was an issue with liability not coverage. :) thank you for the information though!!

Metromile and Fred Loyal insurance are the worst hands down

State Farm is probably the worst insurance company you could waste your money on. I have heard of homeowners being denied claims for obvious losses and had to hire lawyers to sue them. That seems to be their game. Deny and let the insurer take legal action. Some will but most will just pay it themselves out of pocket, so State Farm saves by not paying on the claim. Do yourself a favor, do not insure with State Farm. Period.

State Farm has the worst reputation, but they do everything to make their company look great - it's more like the WORST!!!!

I despise state farm they aren't good neighbors.
