I notice something wrong too. when surrendering to selam .... Esellamu allejkum ve rahmetullah - All the people in the saf should pass the selam to the right at the same time. All heads should turn to the right. When Imam pronaunce: "Esselam Alejkum verahmetullah" again all brother in saf need to turn they heads on the left side(left sholder) Not one the right and brother wich one siting next to him on the left sholder. When you pray in the mosque pray nicely and slowly. Do not disturb your brother who is near you in prayer

Assalamualeykum, There is a common misconception about people crossing in front of others praying. What is haram is to cross in front of another person's prostration area. It is NOT haram to pass in front if it is beyond the sujood area given that this is a prayer room.
