How to Cross Country Ski the right way!
Went up to northern Minnesota a couple days ago for some rad Nordic skiing. Go check out sugarbush ski trails. Remember to always drop the knee into a tele-ski-style position. Oh and kiss the camera after.

Tele turns for life
That’s cool
I wished I'd known the tele turn last year. Messed up my knee for the season. I ended up figuring it out on a pair of altai hoks with universal bindings of all things. That said, what binding is that, I use the (apparently) older sns pilot bindings mated to a waxless ski. I want to go over to a waxed ski and haven't decided on a binding yet.
I was a competitive medium distance runner up in Canada. These local winter skiers were unbeatable. I was brought up as a swimmer as well. I retired in my early 40s.
