How sweatly smayan is enjoying his food by himself. I just love it. My baby still doesn't know how to use the spoon. She just starts playing with the food whatever I give her.

Your babies are so good that they're taking fruits and eat lots of food....my 15months old baby don't like to eat much....she don't even eat fruits and her sleeping timing is also change everyday... sometimes she sleep three times in a day and sometimes two....how u manage it????

Offer him table food dear. That's way they learn to eat food by themselves. Whenever u feed him , give him one spoon with little food so he can do practice too. Start with small chunks of soft fruits might b initially he will throw and play out of it but eventually will learn to eat also.

my 15 months old son doesn't chew and eat, i have to give him in a little pasty form and he just swallows it, that also he eats hardly quater cup when i feed. please tell us how you trained your baby to eat on his own and being independent

Stay persistent, and keep on offering healthy food. If there is no other option from your side than veggies e.g. and your human child is hungry, he will eat sooner or later. If you sit next to him, and he sees you eating the same food and you show him happy how tasty it is, he might like to copy you. Happy parenting to everybody. Hope you and your kids are all well. ❤

U can find cheese from dairy shop. U can make cheese at home but I buy from store coz it takes time to make. Instead of cheese u can give to your kid paneer and other dairy products too.

Thank you dear. Bachhe ko less quantity m khud se khane k liye offer kare. Bachhe ko 1.5 hours ya 2 hours k gap m food offer kare Table food de. Milk intake kam kare only 2 times in a day. Try to figure out what or which kind of food your baby really likes to eat.
