Hello everyone!
This video took me a very long time to make, but it was so worth it!
I initially posted this video on my gaming channel, but I would like to have the two things separate from now on.
My mum has always loved cooking and always included me when I was little by allowing me to help her and allowing me to make and learn from my
mistakes.
This video will always be something close to my heart and that I will look
back on, as I am sure we all have those recipes that remind us of our mums
or our childhood. It was also so fun trying out different editing styles, as
every recipe is different!
If you've got any suggestions of things you'd like to see in my future videos
please do not hesitate in letting me know! I've been thinking of also starting
a tiktok that revolves more around me instead of my streaming clips... I will
let you know if that ends up happening hehe

Saturdays dinner reminded me of t-gelle the nonna used to make us in italy we used to eat with proscuitto and soft cream cheese. Lived in moderna for 2 yrs

I love making the besciamella sauce as a base then add different flavours based on my mood for the day, anything from cheese to mushroom, tomatoes. It's really a go-to comfort sauce for me.

I've really enjoyed this video but confess that Im shocked about the amount of oil cheese and butter used in the recipes. I wouldn't be able to eat any of those lovely meals as they would be too calorific for me😢They looked yummy though x

Please I beg you share written recipes . I'm Italian and at 53 I unfortunately had to move away from my 93 yr old Nana and my uncle who are both the cooks of our family. 😢 I need that authentic Italian food not American Italian. I know you understand.
Tua mamma cucina solo per voi due? Visto che fa due patate, due fettine di carne ecc. Sono curiosa perché hai detto che gli asparagi li ha raccolti tuo papà. Però ovviamente non devi rispondere se non vuoi 😘

Vivo da sola, mia mamma vive lontana quindi era venuta a trovarmi solo per un paio di settimane! Invece mio papà vive più vicino a me 😊
