One of these day, pretty soon, I will have compiled a list of all the Mount equip powers and combat powers for all the recent new mounts they've released. That way on the next trade bar sale at the end of 2028 we will know what we want to upgrade

Well, it looks like I'll be getting and using in my stable at least the Reanimated Chariot for Enchanter's Hex for my Wizard at least and waiting until December for Simril to get the Reclusive Rothe for Knight's Condemnation on my main character and healers and trying really hard to get them on all my characters, and assuming I get the Demon Wings, I'll use Tactician's Precision with that one, otherwise I do have the Dark Butterfly Wings and Neverwinter's Hand both on my main character and could probably find something else for my alts. That said, as a Hunter Ranger main, I am prioritizing Tactician's Precision when it is introduced because I feel I'm not getting enough of a cooldown reduction from all my currently available sources, Artificer's Persuasion included, but if they were to change their minds about roots not being a control power, which I doubt at this point, Enchanter's Hex and a mount that could have it would also have a permanent place in my stable. As it stands now, I refuse to give up Artificer's Persuasion and Wanderer's Fortune and if I were to add the Reanimated Chariot to my stable on my main character, it would be for Gladiator's Guile and a random fourth insignia that wouldn't give a four slot power for stats, and I don't want Gladiator's Guile on my main character.

+ 100 magnitude for every CW's control encounter is prety insane and overpowered.

it's 400 magnitude total every 10-15 seconds, it's good but it's basically equivalent to an at-will and 1 proc of directed flames. It would be op if it would proc off every tick of icy terrain for example.

Yeah i figured that hex bonus would only work with ray of frost... the combatant maneuver bonus also works only with ray of frost in bosses so i was guessing both these bonus were connected coding wise

those bonus should not be going to the live server when they only benif 2 classes or if they nerf tactician precision to maybe 30-45 sec every classe would be at the same field for arti call

so, for someone thats its starting now, its better to just use any dps to get to 20 and them try to chance to ither role?

I suspect that Shatter Strikes overrides enchanter hex, so really it’s a buff to Arcane build.

I main a Ranger, so I'm very interested in Tacticians Precision and Enchanters Hex. Assuming they fix Enchanters Hex.

Apparently rangers roots have never been a control power so it does jack shit for us 😂 Warden a little different if the thorn ward proccs it, which it should but who knows

hey, Im likinh your content, im returning to neverwinter, and using a barbarian, but i really want to use a cleric or paladin, but Im afraid that if I build to really be their role, I wont have enough damage to complete solos etc, any tips?

as Paladin you will have enough damage to do solo content fairly smoothly, just use the damage buffs and powers

To follow up on Aragon's reply, there's no reason not to run a DPS loadout for soloing a Cleric. Even if your gear is all focused toward the healing role, you'll have no trouble soloing content with a DPS loadout on a Cleric, especially if you have a good AoE damage companion.

You will need a third loadout for paladin to be geared towards damage dealing and you will see people complaining he's not strong for solo are wrong, he's actually one of the best class for solo

cleric and paladin both have DPS roles. Cleric has heal and Paladin has tank. Change to DPS when you're alone.

I have to disagree with the overpower for ranger. Ranger are already spamming encounter power so its only normal that they are allowed to use it more often as wizzard are sending lets say 2x their encounters during a normal artifact drop and with this new thing they will send them 3 time which is a 50% increase while ranger are for example already casting them 3 time each so during the most important phase theyll have a lower increase in damage than a wizzard. This is overpower for everyone not only the ranger as ranger is already spamming his encounters he would be the one benefitting the less after the dps bard if he had a 100% cost daily power only. Now its actually allowing the ranger to compete compete especially since there is a 15 sec cooldown on it exactly for the ranger. edit: well ill remove the second part as you quickly pointed you didnt actually believe it was overpower.

Enchanters Hex is just entirely bugged. I assume it should trigger on abilities that apply roots, as they are supposed to be a control effect caused by your encounter powers. But currently they don't

as a hunter main I would say hunter feel more like a button masher lol and only people who master the wizzard will finish on top of a good ranger but yeah maybe not with these change barely benefitting the ranger and again making the already best dmg dealer better@@mayn90s19
