I saw the meme...I get it now. LOL. The Rock/Roman doesn't need to be for the title. It just needs to be! Cody needs to finish the story. Wrestling has more than one royal family!

I think the best way for the Rock to get involved is special guest referee in Wrestlemania. U can still sell the match, Rock ensures no outside interference and Cody gets to win clean

cody has to be a fighting champ for quite a while after mania, maybe even the entire year and then has to pass it on to gunther, solidifying him as THE heel in the company.

Cody should win one or two defences and then destroyed by Gunther in Summerslam. And then Randy challenge Gunther at some point and Cody comes in to save after the match. A little Rocky theme

The dude has been racking up major L's lately where the word of he, and the other dirtsheet writers, shouldn't be taken with anything but a grain of salt. As it is, Rock doesn't do anything like that without giving at least one person a heads up.Triple H knew.

I'd rather see Rock vs Roman at Mania...but wwe has made its choice. A lot of wrestlers who fell to the Tribal Chief have stories. Cody's just another one in a long line of stories. LA Knight had been on a 20 year odyssey to make it to the show...just to be screwed...twice. We are familiar with Drew McIntyre. While he won the big one, it wasn't in front of any fans. Then he gets his rematch in front of his countrymen and he is screwed. Sami Zayn...the most likely choice to finish a story, joined the Bloodline. Did his best work. Had to deal with internal adversity. Got accepted into the group. Was forced to make an impossible choice. Saved his friend and was destroyed by the Bloodline. Had his chance at redemption...to take down the Tribal Chief in front of his countrymen. Was screwed and never got a rematch. Cody wants to win the big one for his dad, the American Dream. He had his chance on the biggest stage. He got screwed. Don't see a difference. The series finale of the Bloodline story goes through the Rock. Instead we get a rerun with Cody. Meh...
